The Royal is the flagship series of Schatz 1881: a solid brass case of ø180 mm with a hinged bezel and screw clasp, the brand's largest dial and the easiest to read from a distance. It is the format made for a yacht's saloon, an office wall or the place of honour in a house by the sea.
It comes in three finishes — polished brass (references 480), polished/brushed brass (481) and chrome-plated brass (483) — and in every function of the range: quartz clock with Roman or Arabic numerals, ship's bell clock (CS/CSA), time-and-tide clock, Hi-Sensitiv barometer (also with inch-Hg scale or extended range) and hygro-thermometer. Combine two or three Royal instruments in the same finish for a classic, flawless panel.
