Reinforced packaging
Clocks, barometers and lamps are delicate instruments. Every piece travels in reinforced packaging with custom interior protection, so it arrives exactly as it left the factory.
Insured & tracked shipping
All shipments travel insured and with a tracking number, which you receive by e-mail as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery times
Items in stock are normally delivered within 3 to 5 working days. If an item is not in stock, we inform you of the estimated lead time before preparing the shipment.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase, in accordance with European law. See our terms and conditions or write to us — we will guide you step by step.

Flat rates per order, VAT included, insurance and tracking always included:

Larger orders usually contain bigger, heavier instruments (a ship's clock can weigh over 5 kg); the rate covers the reinforced packaging and matching insurance. We currently do not ship to the Canary Islands.
Payment
You can pay securely via Mollie by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, with 3-D Secure), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Pay by Bank (direct payment from your bank), iDEAL or bank transfer. With bank transfer, your order is reserved for 7 days awaiting payment and is prepared as soon as the transfer arrives.
